Coach Feely and Coach Husby are very excited and happy after the completion of their 1st ever Top Tier All American Tryout and Camp held on July 7 & 8, 2012 at the University of St Thomas in St Paul, MN.

 

16 talented specialists attended, all of which were very polished specialists and have been well trained.  We had some very exceptional specialists that really stood out. 

The weather was perfect.  We had some great expert seminars from Velocity and NCSA that spoke about Training and Collegiate Recruiting.  Pastor Ron Ellis was on hand and runs B.A.M. out of Florida. He was an excellent motivational speaker that helpped our kickers, punters and snappers improve on their focus & better prepare on the mental side of the game.  We also had great instructors help at the camp in Coach Jordan Wettstein, Ryan Coleman, & Lucas Weiss.

We also had a great Coaches Clinic on Special Teams held by 18 year Former NFL Special Teams Coach Mike Stock.  Who also helped offered his professional expertise & instruction to all of our specialists.

FG Charting
1. Danny Laudet- Sr (Stillwater HS)- 10 for 10
2. Alex MacGregor- Jr (Zimmerman HS)- 9 for 10
3. Reid Taubenheim- Jr (Farmington HS)- 9 for 10

KO Charting
1. Reid Taubenheim- Jr (Farmington HS)- 3.62 sec hang time & 64.34 yard average.
2. Danny Laudent- Sr (Stillwater HS)- 3.47 sec hang time & 65.17 yard average.

Punt Charting
1. Danny Laudet- Sr (Stillwater HS)- 4.12 sec hang time & 43.5 yard average.
2. Michal Loncar- Sr (Hudson HS)- 4.07 sec hang time & 39.5 yard average.

Top Underclassmen
1. Peyton Ericson (Johns Creek, Georgia)- 10 for 10 FGs & 68 yard ave on KOs.
2. Steven Yaffe (Florida Area)- 9 for 10 on FGs & 3.53 sec hang time & 37.8 yard average on Punts.

Snapping Challenge
1. Alex Dequaine- Jr (St Francis HS)- Very Accurate snaps on FGs & Punts.
